Over the years the advancement of technology has been growing very fast within the companies competition in the market and the emergence of new companies have worried the former entrepreneurs. This concern refers to the quality and efficiency of the services provided and products offered. Faced with this situation, many issues are raised and one of them becomes mainstream in all sectors of the company, is how to conduct it in a process of resources without loss of quality. One of the possibilities that will be presented in this project and the process improvement in the sectors. The present work studies a case of process improvement in the sectors using the (As Is) and (To Be) in a drug distributor located in Governador Celso Ramos, and aims to show the improvements and the redesign of each process chosen In this project. Presenting the elements of the results are a more organized sector, which does not generate as much loss in relation to cost and inventory, having independent sectors with more practicality and working with more agility, making it not become repetitive.
