The world scenario in the textile segment is very competitive, many companies close by the lack of strategic planning. For this reason, this final paper presents the application of methods and concepts of strategic designer focused on the user, market dimensioning (TAM, SAM e SOM) the Business Model Canvas proposed by Alexander Osterwalder, respectively, for the development of product and customers in the textile segment focused on the personalized bath towel market in the children's line. In addition to the theoretical reference of these methodologies, which are currently the most important in the development of new companies, this final paper present the positioning in the company's market and understand the customer and the persona of the company's product.
