Resumo
A presente monografia trata do estudo acerca da origem e evolução dos Direitos Humanos bem como seus regimes de proteção global. Também será abordado o multiculturalismo e a questão da universalidade dos direitos humanos frente a este fenômeno, abordando uma teoria crítica dos direitos humanos. Tem-se como objetivo geral verificar a eficácia da proteção dos direitos humanos frente ao multiculturalismo. Para tanto, utilizando a metodologia qualitativa, a pesquisa discorre sobre assuntos que integram os direitos humanos, o multiculturalismoe a importância de proteção dos direitos humanos, bem como apresentando as normas jurídicas de proteção no cenário global. Durante o percurso da pesquisa, foi identificado que o regime de proteção dos direitos humanos no âmbito internacional é feito através dos sistemas de proteção global e dos sistemas regionais, a qual a Declaração universal dos Direitos Humanos é a base fundamental destes direitos
The present monograph deals with the study of the origin and evolution of human rights and their protection regimes globally. It also will address the issue of multiculturalism and universality of human rights in the face of this phenomenon, addressing a critical theory of human rights. It has as main objective to verify the effectiveness of protection of human rights against the multiculturalism. For this purpose, using a qualitative methodology, the research discusses issues that integrate human rights, multiculturalism and the importance of protecting human rights, as well as having the legal standards of protection on the global stage. During the course of the study was identified that the system of protection of human rights at the international level is done through the global protection systems and regional systems, which the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the corners to one of these rights
