Introduction: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic inflammatory disease of immunological system that affects several organs and systems of the human body entailing serious health problems and evolving into polymorphic clinical manifestations where is characterized by periods of exacerbation and remission, where the muscle fatigue is present in about 80% of carriers even at the phase of remission, so the treatment must be multifactorial. The physiotherapy can work the functionalities of those patients could act directly over the muscle fatigue generating energy output through the aerobic exercises of low or moderate intensity of long life that will cause metabolic alterations. Objectives: ratifying benefit of the aerobics exercises on muscle fatigue of patients with SLE. Methodology: review of literature by means of indexed articles' researches in databases Scielo, Pubmed and Academic Google between the years of 2000 and 2020. using the following descriptors: systemic lupus erythematosus, muscle fatigue, physiotherapy using the association of Boolean operators and OR. Conclusion: Several studies emphasize the benefits of aerobic exercise in fatigue, physical and psychological conditioning, without exacerbating the symptoms of the disease, but it is necessary that there are more practical studies to apply more exercise training and that there is an awareness of the patient about the importance of them.
