There was an intense demand for work by the evaluated professors, causing irritability, among other problems. Physical activity and hours of sleep were within the recommended range for most. As for eating habits, the consumption of healthy foods was similar to that of fatty, sweet or very salty foods. The increase in the habit of cooking at home is highlighted, as it is a strategy that can improve the quality of food and, consequently, the quality of life of the evaluated professors.
