Conclusion: The athletes from the base of the FFC had a number of significant injuries, the athletes in the child category were the ones who were most injured. During training, it was the moment when young athletes obtained a higher prevalence of injuries, resulting in the incidence of contusion in the lower limbs, mainly in the thigh and ankle, respectively. Forward and midfielders had the most injuries. The most injuries of athletes were milds. It is suggested the structuring and standardization of the medical and physiotherapeutic structure of the formation categories of Brazilian clubs, to prevent early and disabling injuries for the professional practice of football.
