| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a opinião dos estudantes dos cursos de medicina e direito da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL sobre a legalização do aborto no Brasil. O método de abordagem utilizado na pesquisa foi o hipotético-dedutivo e os métodos de procedimentos foram o estatístico e o comparativo. Em relação à pesquisa, foi descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa e os procedimentos foram o levantamento e a pesquisa bibliográfica. O estudo foi realizado com 49 alunos do curso de medicina e 83 alunos do curso de direito que preencheram um questionário acerca da legalização do aborto. Verificou-se que, em relação à opinião dos estudantes, levando em consideração o sexo dos pesquisados, 53% masculino, 81% feminino do curso de medicina e 65% masculino e 64% feminino responderam que aspectos religiosos e morais não devem influenciar na aprovação de leis que descriminalizam o aborto. Constatou-se, ainda, que, independente do curso, sexo ou religião dos estudantes, a maioria afirmou que as circunstâncias em que o aborto não é punido devem ser ampliadas. Entretanto, boa parte dos estudantes demonstraram serem contra a realização do aborto sem restrições legais. Observou-se uma tendência a considerar a necessidade de mudança na atual legislação brasileira no sentido de ampliar as circunstâncias nas quais não se pune o aborto e até deixar de considerá-lo como um crime, independentemente da circunstância em que é praticado. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | The current work has the objective of analyzing the opinion of Medicine and Law students from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - Unisul, about the legalization of abortion in Brazil. The method of approach utilized in this research was the hypothetical-deductive and the methods of procedure were the statistical and the comparative. In relation to the research, it was a descriptive one, with quantitative approach and the procedures were the survey and the bibliographic research. The study was done with 49 students of Medicine and 83 students of Law that filled a questionnaire about the legalization of abortion. It was verified that, in relation to the opinion of students, taking under consideration the gender of the researched ones, 53% male, 81% female from the Medicine Course and 65% male and 64% female from the Law Course answered that religious and moral aspects should not influence in the approval of laws that decriminalize abortion. It was testified that, independent of the course, gender or religion of the students, most of them affirmed that the circumstances in which abortion is not punished should be extended. However, most part of the students answered that they are against the realization of abortion without legal restrictions. It was observed that a there is a tendency to considerate the necessity of change in the current Brazilian legislation regarding extending the circumstances in which abortion is not punished and even decriminalize it, independent of the circumstance in which is practiced. | en |
