| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho teve como objetivo principal a analise da possibilidade atual de resolução do conflito entre Reino Unido e Argentina quanto a soberania das Ilhas Malvinas, que apesar de ser um conflito que nunca cessou, passou um longo período sem tanta importância como há atualmente. Através de uma pesquisa exploratória, qualitativa, bibliográfica e documental, procurou-se apresentar aspectos históricos importantes relatados pelos dois lados envolvidos, desde o descobrimento, analisando em especial a Guerra de 1982, até os dias de hoje, uma vez que a historicidade encontrada é muito subjetiva. Analisou-se também a posição de países não envolvidos diretamente, mais especificadamente Brasil, Chile e Estados Unidos, e a participação de Organizações Internacionais, principalmente a Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), pois o Comitê de Descolonização é, atualmente, a quem a Argentina mais recorre, e o Mercado Comum do Sul (MERCOSUL) que pretende aplicar restrições ao comércio com as Malvinas pela não resolução do conflito. A análise final se deu por estudo dos fatos relatados, principalmente o fator econômico que envolve as ilhas, uma vez que foi confirmada uma grande quantidade de petróleo explorável na região. | dc.description.abstract | This essay had as main objective the analysis of the possibility of resolving the current conflict between the United Kingdom and Argentina in the question about the sovereignty of the Falkland Islands, which despite been an conflict that had never ceased , went a long time without much importance as there is today. Through an exploratory, qualitative, bibliographic and documental, sought to present important historical aspects reported by the two sides involved, since the discovery, in particular examining the War of 1982, until the present day, since the historicity found is very subjective. Also examined the position of countries not directly involved, more specifically Brazil, Chile and the United States, and the participation of International Organizations, particularly the United Nations (UN) as the Decolonization Committee is currently the one that Argentina refers more and the Mercado Comum do Sul (MERCOSUL) that want to apply restrictions on trade with the Falklands because the not resolved conflict.
