It is characterized as a descriptive exploratory research with a documentary approach through books, articles, reports, regulations and laws. The qualitative approach was used. The analysis was made through the interpretation and applicability of the current legislation with the theoretical foundation. At the end of this research, it is concluded that it is possible, through effective and efficient risk management, the adoption, even if partial, of the standards and practices recommended by ICAO for helicopter operations, without this having a negative impact, increasing security of operations.Este trabalho teve como objetivo geral avaliar a implementação de operações de helicópteros em Classes de Performance no Brasil, conforme estabelecido pela ICAO em seu Anexo 6, Parte III. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva com abordagem documental por meio de livros, artigos, reportagens, regulamentos e leis. A abordagem utilizada foi a qualitativa. A análise foi feita por meio da interpretação e aplicabilidade da legislação vigente com a fundamentação teórica.
