For this purpose, the work chooses to analyze one of the several ways to produce resistance that tries to subvert the logic of consumption. In this study, we opted for analyzing the audiovisual materials produced in a cineclubbist environment. This moment is understood as being the greatest and totally spread expression of the late capitalism in an advanced stage of the accumulation process, where the capital turns into image. The consumption and the spectacle will be seen as the main generators of tension, anguish and way of social domination and manipulation, being this way one of the points in which we imagine to find resistance or subversive postures. The location of a postmodern environment solely serves as backdrop for discussing these two current problematic issues, the consumption and the spectacle and, mainly, for verifying how an activity such as cineclubbism can motivate the production of subversive discoursesO presente trabalho se propõe a fazer uma análise da linguagem na produção de discursos, enquanto atitude de negação aos valores disseminados pelo capitalismo tardio. Para isso, faz-se uma opção por analisar uma das diversas formas de produzir resistência e que tenta subverter a lógica do consumo. Nesse estudo, optou-se por analisar audiovisuais produzidos em um ambiente cineclubista. Entende-se esse momento como sendo a expressão maior e totalmente disseminada do capitalismo tardio, em um estágio tão avançado do processo de acumulação, onde o capital se transforma em imagem. O consumo e o espetáculo serão vistos como os principais geradores de tensão, de angústia e forma de dominação e manipulação social, sendo esse um dos pontos no qual imaginamos encontrar resistência ou posturas subversivas.
