Metodologia: Tratamentos fisioterapêuticos duas vezes por semanas, com total de 23 sessões com cinesioterapia e órteses dinâmicas. As avaliações foram feitas antes e após os 23 atendimentos, quanto ao perfil rotacional dos membros inferiores foi por meio de análise gráfica. Resultados: Os resultados demonstraram rotação interna maior do que 45° e após os 23 atendimentos foi possível verificar aumento da rotação externa em ambos os membros inferiores, o que melhorou as atividades de vida diária da participante. Conclusão: Sugere-se, novos estudos com tratamentos e acompanhamentos mais longos, com o intuito de identificar o efeito duradouro da proposta de tratamento.Objective: To report the treatment of a four-year-old participant with in-toeing postural deviation. Methodology: Physiotherapy treatments were conducted twice a week, totaling 23 sessions with kinesiotherapy and dynamic orthoses. Evaluations were conducted before and after the 23 sessions, assessing the rotational profile of the lower limbs through graphic analysis. Results: The results showed an internal rotation greater than 45°, and after the 23 sessions, an increase in external rotation in both lower limbs were observed, which improved the participant's daily activities.
