Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, para a qual foram utilizadas as bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), PUBMED e Literatura Latino-Americana em Ciências de Saúde (LILACS), no período de 2011 a 2021. Resultados: Foram utilizados instrumentos específicos para avaliação o comportamento alimentar perante à neofobia alimentar infantil. Conclusão: Através deste trabalho, foi possível perceber o quanto o comportamento em relação aos alimentos de quem os rodeiam, as crianças principalmente familiares, influenciam nas aversões alimentares.Objective: This research aims to describe, through an integrative review, about eating behavior and the influence to the infant food neophobia development. Results: Specific instruments were used to assess eating behavior in relation to infant food neophobia.
