Law No. 7,183 of April 5, 1984 was reformulated, as it did not change for more than 30 years. Becoming very out of date in the vision of the professionals of the aerial, since they did not have much time of rest, generating a professional and personal wear very high. It is believed that most of the air accidents were caused by the personal wear and tear of each professional in the area. This new law changes the whole working day of the professionals, also change the weekly and daily rest, vacation among other benefits. After the amendment of the law, it is believed that everything will improve, both in the professional part as in the personal part of each employee of the aeronautical air. After this change it is believed that professionals and companies in the airline industry will benefit in every way. And it is based on what the work will be based on. The work will be characterized as an exploratory research with bibliographical and documentary procedures through books and articles of the aeronautical laws. This is a qualitative and quantitative approach. At the end of this research, it is concluded that the new law 13,475 of August 28, 2017, is being better enjoyed by all aeronautical airline professionals.Esta pesquisa tem como principal objetivo geral analisar as mudanças da Lei que regulariza a profissão do aeronauta. A Lei no 7.183 de 5 de abril de 1984 foi reformulada, pois não se alterava há mais de trinta anos. Se tornando muito defasada na visão dos profissionais da aérea, pois os mesmos não tinham muito tempo de descanso, gerando um desgaste profissional e pessoal muito alto. Acredita-se que as maiorias dos acidentes aéreos tenham sido ocasionadas pelo desgaste pessoal de cada profissional da área. Esta nova lei altera a jornada de trabalho dos profissionais, o descanso semanal, diário, férias entre outros benefícios. Após a alteração da lei, acredita-se que tudo irá melhorar, tanto na parte profissional como na parte pessoal de cada funcionário da aérea aeronáutica. Após esta mudança acredita-se que os profissionais e empresas do setor aéreo irão se beneficiar de todas as formas. E é embasado nisso que o decorrer deste trabalho ira se basear. O trabalho ira se caracterizar como uma pesquisa exploratória com procedimentos bibliográficos e documentais por meio de livros e artigos das leis do aeronauta. Sendo uma abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa.
