O objetivo desta revisão integrativa foi a investigação da Anemia Hemolítica em relação a COVID-19 buscando não somente compreender as manifestações hematológicas durante ou pós a infecção, mas também identificar possíveis biomarcadores que auxiliem no diagnóstico precoce, monitoramento da progressão da doença, estratificação de riscos, implementação de protocolos de tratamentos mais eficazes contribuindo assim para a redução das complicações associadas a essa condição e, com esse conjunto de ações melhorar o prognóstico do paciente. Exames de imagens e laboratoriais específicos são imprescindíveis para o diagnóstico mais assertivo. É importante ressaltar que a anemia hemolítica desencadeada pela Covid-19 ainda está sendo estudada e necessita-se de mais discussões e pesquisas sobre o assunto para um diagnóstico precoce ao paciente, ter um tratamento mais eficaz e personalizado diminuindo assim a gravidade e as complicações causadas pela doença.Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA) can be triggered by Covid-19 infection in patients with or without previous diagnoses of other diseases.
