A partir de todas as informações neste estudo contidas, foi feita uma reflexão sobre como seria o cenário se tivéssemos tido desde o primeiro momento as características reais do solo.The present work aims to carry out a case study regarding the execution of deep foundations, specifically studied as stakes of the enterprise, located in the city of Canoas - RS, presenting the type of foundation for the building, verifying or defined the local soil that determined the choice of the type of foundation, studying the reasons that led to the change of the type of work chosen in the project, analyzing the impacts of the project work and also analyzing the costs involved in the process that took place.
