O trabalho busca apresentar o histórico dos direitos autorais no Brasil e no mundo, as considerações da doutrina frente as inovações tecnológicas, as possibilidades de inovação legislativa quanto ao tema, além de abranger o pensamento de teóricos da sociologia e das artes como Walter Benjamin, relevantes para uma compreensão aprofundada sobre o impacto das inovações nas artes para o contexto social.This work intends to analyze if there are possibilities for applying the current Brazilian legislation with regard to intellectual property and rights of the author to the usage of new technologies, enabled by the advent of a technical-scientific-informational society, especially blockchain technology, and the NFTs.
