O objetivo principal é promover benefícios significativos para a qualidade de vida na região e atender ainda a região metropolitana, incorporando elementos naturais e biológicos no ambiente terapêutico. O projeto destaca-se pela a sua abordagem holística, integrando as terapias alternativas com a conexão à natureza. A biofilia, entendida como a ligação entre as pessoas e a vida, é central na concepção do espaço, utilizando o design biofílico para criar espaços que favoreçam a saúde física e mental. Ao longo do trabalho, são apresentados os benefícios que o Centro irá proporcionar para a comunidade, como a promoção do bem estar emocional, redução de estresse e a melhoria da saúde geral. Aspectos econômicos também são abordados, ao ponto que, a consolidação do mesmo acarretará em geração de novos empregos e ao estimulo ao turismo terapêutico.This work addresses the study of the conception and implementation pro-cess of an innovative project: an Alternative Therapies Center based on the prin-ciple of biophilia in the Lagoa Santa region, MG, Brazil. The main objective is to promo-te significant benefits for the quality of life in the region and also serve the me-tropolitan area by incorporating natural and biological elements into the thera-peutic environment. The project stands out for its holistic approach, integrating alternative therapies with a connection to nature. Biophilia, understood as the innate connection between people and life, is central to the space's conception, using biophilic de-sign to create spaces that favor physical and mental health. Throughout the paper, the benefits that the Center will provide to the commu-nity are presented, such as the promotion of emotional well-being, stress reduc-tion, and overall health improvement.
