Featuring a central courtyard, which joins existing buildings, with inviting ground floor, and the presence of cafes, restaurants, and shops. In the project were used materials such as metal, wood and glass. There is a special concern with the thermal comfort, present in the distribution of the blocks and in the prediction of mobile brises. As a factor of relevant interest, the present work was concerned with contributing to the neighborhood, providing social interaction, when designing an open, inviting, building with multiple functionalities, always prioritizing the pedestrians and offering security to the users.Este trabalho tem como objetivo desenvolver um projeto arquitetônico de um complexo multifuncional, que visa à união de trabalho, moradia e lazer, no bairro Campeche. Apresentando um pátio central, que faz a união entre as edificações existentes, com térreo convidativo, e a presença de cafés, restaurantes, e lojas comerciais. No projeto foram utilizados materiais como metal, madeira e vidro. Havendo uma preocupação especial com o conforto térmico, presente na distribuição dos blocos e na previsão de brises móveis.
