Com isso, entende-se que a sintomatologia presente na psicose mostra uma tentativa de reconstrução do Eu fracionado. As representações sociais, formadas por conceitos culturais, estigmatizam e excluem o sujeito psicótico com base nas exigências que os ditos “normais” fazem quanto ao que o outro deveria ser. Com isso, esses indivíduos são associados, de maneira injusta, à violência e ao descontrole. O presente estudo é fundamentado na abordagem psicanalítica, sendo a pesquisa de cunho teórico exploratório, efetuada a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica. Objetivou-se, então, compreender os efeitos da estigmatização do sujeito psicótico e descrever o quanto o indivíduo padece dentro da exclusão, concluindo-se pela necessidade de se rever os modos pelos quais os psicóticos são tratados na sociedade a partir de estigmas que promovem exclusão e sofrimento.Psychosis constitutes a psychic structure where delusional and hallucinatory constructions arise in a fanciful attempt to protect the psychotic from anguish. As a result, these individuals are unfairly, associated with violence and lack of control. The present study is based on the psychoanalytic approach, being the research of an exploratory theoretical nature, carried out from bibliographic research.
