Such analysis was carried out based on the Theory of Social Representations. The objective was to sought it to identify the implications of these speeches in the context of the Brazilians’s health, and what are the proportions that communication from a political actor can influence in the population's attitudes towards care in combating the Covid-19 pandemic. The Descending Hierarchical Classification (CHD) method was used to analyze the textual material generated from the speeches and posts, with the support of the IRAMUTEQ software (Interface of R pour les Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires). After organizing the corpora (segments of Twitter texts and the President's official pronouncements) this informative tool helped the researcher with the classification of results and data analysis. The results showed that the representational elements found in the President Jair Bolsonaro's speeches mainly evoke anti-scientific content also the two analyses concluded that the contents of the President's speeches and his Twitter page have many similarities. The lexicographic analysis carried out by the researcher with the support of the informational software conclued that the two textual corpus bring messages with negative elements about the health emergency situation. When analyzing the way in which the President communicates based on the Theory of Social Representations, the use of the propaganda system is perceived with messages based on the creation of stereotypes to the opposing groups. It was also possible to identify elements of the propagation system as a strategy for maintaining the cohesion of its political group.O presente artigo analisou os pronunciamentos oficiais e as postagens publicadas na rede social Twitter do Presidente Jair Bolsonaro acerca da Covid-19. Tal análise foi realizada com base na Teoria das Representações Sociais. O objetivo foi identificar as implicações desses discursos no âmbito da saúde dos brasileiros, e quais as proporções que a comunicação vinda de um ator político pode influenciar nas atitudes da população em relação aos cuidados no combate à pandemia de Covid-19. Para analisar o material textual gerado a partir dos discursos e postagens, foi utilizado o método Classificação Hierárquica Descendente (CHD), efetuado com o auxílio do software IRAMUTEQ (Interface de R pour les Analyses Multidimensionnelles de Textes et de Questionnaires). Após a organização dos corpora (segmentos de textos do Twitter e dos pronunciamentos oficiais do Presidente), esta ferramenta informativa auxiliou a pesquisadora com as classificações dos resultados e análise de dados. Os resultados indicaram que os elementos representacionais encontrados nos discursos do Presidente Jair Bolsonaro evocam, principalmente, conteúdos anticientíficos, assim como foi possível perceber que, os conteúdos dos discursos oficiais do Presidente e de sua página do Twitter possuem muitas semelhanças. As considerações finais das análises lexicográficas efetuadas pela pesquisadora com o auxílio do software informativo, identificaram que, os dois corpus textuais trazem mensagens com elementos negacionistas sobre a situação de emergência de saúde. Ao analisar o modo como o Presidente se comunica, a partir da Teoria das Representações Sociais, percebe-se a utilização do sistema de propaganda, com mensagens baseadas na criação de estereótipos aos grupos opositores.
