Sendo assim, o projeto de intervenção pretende proporcionar área de lazer para a população local, acesso a cultura histórica da região, e melhora dos problemas ambientais por meio da implementação vegetativa na área necessitada, e de um ambiente cultural e educativo.The following work will address the historical importance of a underapreciated neighborhood from the industrial revolution times to its current population. Also, how the unbridled growth both industrial and populational caused environmental problems, lack of leisure and culture which influence the quality of life of the neighborhood population.
