A estrutura didática do artigo, visando à compreensão dos conceitos e análises aqui apresentados, divide-se em três seções após a introdução. A primeira delas apresenta o referencial teórico do estudo, sendo este a análise do Sistema-Mundo, utilizando diferentes autores a fim de garantir uma abordagem precisa do tópico, mas, destacando os escritos dos autores clássicos Wallerstein e Arrighi. Estabelecida a base teórica, ainda na mesma seção, é feita uma contextualização de Brasil e China dentro da perspectiva em questão, em especial, suas posições político-econômicas. No bloco seguinte, expõe-se os dados coletados no estudo, as regulações adotadas por cada nação investigada e suas estratégias. Em um terceiro momento, realiza-se a análise comparativa dos dados apresentados no segundo capítulo, utilizando-se da perspectiva apresentada no primeiro capítulo para realizar a compreensão das diferenças e semelhanças entre elas e suas razões sistêmicas. Por fim, a pesquisa destaca que as abordagens estratégicas usadas por cada país são fundamentais para a manutenção de sua posição sistêmica, especialmente em suas questões políticas, econômicas e de segurança.The following study provides an analysis of the strategies employed by the Brazilian and Chinese States in regulating foreign applications - apps - within their respective territories, comparing them within the framework of the systemic perspective of International Relations. The didactic structure of the article, aimed at facilitating the understanding of the concepts and analyses presented herein, is divided into three sections after the introduction. The first section introduces the theoretical framework of the study, specifically the World-Systems analysis, using various authors to ensure a precise approach to the topic in question, with a focus on the writings of classical authors such as Wallerstein and Arrighi. With the theoretical foundation established, the same section contextualizes Brazil and China within the aforementioned perspective, especially in terms of their political-economic positions. In the subsequent section, the study presents the collected data, detailing the regulations implemented by each investigated nation and its respective strategies. In the third section, a comparative analysis of the data presented in the second chapter is conducted, employing the perspective outlined in the first chapter to comprehend the differences, similarities, and systemic reasons behind them.
