With basis of this example, and the advance and dependence of technology, it is possible to see the importance in this area and has been gaining prominence and changing the concept in the form of market or maintain a service or organization. This research will be based on the study to analyze a business continuity plan (BCP) as well as management, so that it is maintained in the best way and accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises.Com a crescente onda ciberataques e ataques em diversos segmentos, um dos maiores eventos, mais importante e marcante se tratando dessa particularidade que seria o ataque as torres gêmeas ocorrido em 11 de setembro de 2001. Com isso muitas empresas foram a falecia ou até mesmo sumiram do mapa, em minutos, por não ter um plano de contingência ou então um plano de continuidade de negócio. Com base nesse exemplo, e o avanço e dependência da tecnologia, é possível ver a real importância nesta área e vem ganhando destaque e mudando o conceito na forma de comercializar ou manter um serviço ou organização.
