It qualifies as a bibliographic search, carried out indirectly, using secondary sources of information, such as books, articles, magazines and scientific articles. The analysis of the information was made by means of figures and an essay text based on theoretical grounds. At the end of the research, it is concluded that the administrative efficiency of an airport infrastructure occurs through the elaboration of a systematic operational monitoring that is assertive in the execution of the strategies. Airport securityO presente trabalho trata como tema a infraestrutura aeroportuária dos principais aeródromos do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, tendo por objetivo geral abordar como a gestão aeroportuária intervém nas dificuldades e melhorias de tais locais. Qualifica-se como uma pesquisa bibliográfica, realizada de forma indireta, utilizando fontes secundárias de informação, como livros, artigos, revistas e artigos científicos. A análise das informações foi feita por meio de figuras e de texto dissertativo embasado com fundamentação teórica.
