The present work has the objective of studying the urban relations of the local traffic at the city of Tubarão in assembling the mobility of its north access clover, intensified with the conclusion of the Ivane Moreira Fretta Highway. The urban development of the city was approached by exploratory and investigative methods, collected in loco, through the plan arrangements of the study area, according to the analysis of the streets that make up the road environment of the area. Considering the impacts caused by the connection of points, the range of spots of considerable importance in the road network and the causes of incoherent development with the road, considering the city's infrastructure and congestion factors, presenting recommended solutions to reduce local congestion, with alternatives that may have efficiency in ordering the control of routes, so that, when implemented and monitored, they can be able to reduce trip delays under proposed conditions.O acréscimo da quantidade de veículos nas rodovias brasileiras com a acentuada urbanização leva a problemas de congestionamento, deixando em perigo as condições de tráfego. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo o estudo das relações urbanas do tráfego local do município de Tubarão ao encontro a mobilidade de seu trevo de Acesso Norte, agravado à conclusão da Rodovia Ivane Moreira Fretta. Foi abordado o desenvolvimento urbano do município, através de métodos exploratórios e investigativos, coletados in loco, mediante as estruturas de planejamento da área de estudo, conforme análise das ruas que compõem o entorno viário do trecho.
