For that, all the cases occurred in the city of Laguna / SC, through consultation with the procedures performed in the Registry of the 28th Military Police Battalion of Laguna, in addition to the cases processed in the Criminal Court of the Forum of the same region. The scientific method used in this research was the deductive. As for the level, this is an exploratory research. The approach used was quantitative, while the procedure was the documentary and bibliographic. All the complaints made in the Laguna Region of SC were analyzed during the period from January 2014 to August 2018, with data on the complaint, the denouncers and the military police reported. The profile of the complainant was presented, presenting himself as male, with incomplete elementary education, without work activity and with police records. The profile of the accused was also verified, most of them consisting of military police officers aged between 24 and 35 years, with up to 5 years of effective service in the institution and without punishment records. Finally, it was observed that the most recurrent complaints were registered in the Police Station of the Civil Police, due to the crime of abuse of authority due to bodily injury, occurred in the Mar Grosso Neighborhood. Of the 23 complaints filed, 21 are already filed and no military police have been punished.Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar denúncias referentes a abuso de autoridade, lesão corporal e violação de domicílio praticadas por policiais militares no exercício da função. Para tanto, foram analisados todos os casos ocorridos na cidade de Laguna/SC, através de consulta aos procedimentos realizados na Corregedoria do 28º Batalhão de Polícia Militar de Laguna, além dos casos processados na Vara Criminal do Fórum da mesma comarca. O método científico utilizado nessa pesquisa foi o dedutivo. Quanto ao nível trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória. A abordagem utilizada foi a quantitativa, enquanto o procedimento foi o documental e bibliográfico. Foram analisadas todas as denúncias realizadas na Comarca de Laguna/SC durante o período de janeiro de 2014 a agosto de 2018, sendo tabulados dados quanto às denúncias, aos denunciantes e aos policiais militares denunciados. Traçou-se o perfil do denunciante, apresentando-se como do sexo masculino, com ensino fundamental incompleto, sem atividade laboral e com registros policiais. Também foi constatado o perfil dos denunciados, sendo sua maioria composta por policiais militares com idade entre 24 a 35 anos, com até 5 anos de efetivo serviço na instituição e sem registros de punições. Por fim, observou-se que a denúncias mais recorrentes foram registradas na Delegacia de Polícia Civil, em virtude do crime de abuso de autoridade em razão de lesão corporal, ocorridas no Bairro Mar Grosso.
