In the Public Ministry of Santa Catarina - MPSC, the analysis of Act 635/2019 / PGJ was carried out, which defined self-composition in the Public Ministry of Santa Catarina and created NUPIA, the Permanent Center for the Encouragement of Self-Composition of the MPSC. We compared the act of the MPSC with three other nuclei from other States: NINA from the Public Ministry of Minas Gerais - MPMG, NUPA from the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Norte - MPRN and CEMEAR from the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul - MPRN. We checked the situation of the existing projects in the MPSC and made a case study of GAR - Support and Reflection Group, with analysis of the changes from the implementation of restorative practices.A fim de analisarmos os limites e potencialidades da atuação do Ministério Público brasileiro no uso dos métodos autocompositivos foi realizada a análise da função da instituição em sua efetivação do acesso à justiça, as mudanças advindas a partir da Resolução 118/2014 do Conselho Nacional do Ministério Público, que dispõe sobre a Política Nacional de Incentivo à Autocomposição no âmbito do Ministério Público. No Ministério Público de Santa Catarina – MPSC, foi feita a análise do Ato 635/2019/PGJ que definiu a autocomposição no Ministério Público de Santa Catarina e criou o NUPIA, Núcleo Permanente de Incentivo à Autocomposição do MPSC. Foi realizada uma comparação do ato do MPSC com três outros núcleos de outros Estados: do NINA do Ministério Público de Minas Gerais – MPMG, do NUPA do Ministério Público do Rio Grande do Norte – MPRN e do CEMEAR do Ministério Público do rio Grande do Sul – MPRN.
