It also seeks to verify the obstacles encountered in all phases of this process, as well as seek solutions from the Judicial Brunch and the Militar police to improve the service of this modality with societ.Este artigo tem como premissa analisar a atuação dos Juizados Especiais de Trânsito e seus conciliadores quando da ocorrência de acidentes de trânsito sem vítima na área urbana do município de Criciúma/SC.
