O objetivo principal do trabalho é trazer a discussão sobre o patrimônio histórico e setor imobiliário, mostrando a possibilidade de habitar, conviver e preservar o patrimônio. Esse trabalho será desenvolvido utilizando de metodologias acercada intervenção na preexistência, sempre respeitando a resolução do tombamento indicada pelos órgãos de preservação.This work deals with an intervention in the pre-existence of the former Companhia Antarctica Paulista factory, a place of extreme industrial and economic historical importance for the city of São Paulo. The main objec􀆟ve of the work is to bring the discussion about the historical heritage and the real estate sector, showing the possibility of inhabiting, living together and preserving the heritage.
