Para esse trabalho, nos debruçamos na hipótese desenvolvida pelas análises do Banco Mundial, que teceram sobre a importância da combinação dos fatores internos e conjuntura internacional para a ascensão dos Tigres.In this article we will analyze the economic ascension of the group named "Asian Tigers", highlighting and explaining the international situation of the 1970s, evaluating the sources of investment in the countries and economic characteristics of the group as well as giving a brief overview of Export Processing Zones and discussing the historical context.
