Trata-se de um tema que aborda uma discussão antiga, uma vez que a Justiça Restaurativa encontra-se presente desde os primórdios da sociedade, assim como a punição, porém, diferentemente desta, com um conceito em crescente atualização interpretativa. O aumento da criminalidade infanto-juvenil fez com que a sociedade se dividisse nas opiniões acerca do melhor caminho para garantir a solução do problema. O presente trabalho está dividido em três capítulos, onde o primeiro trata dos direitos fundamentais do adolescente através da sua evolução histórica, o segundo aborda o ato infracional e a aplicação das medidas socioeducativas, concluindo-se no terceiro capítulo com análise da controvérsia da justiça restaurativa frente a busca por maior punição. A análise trazida pelo trabalho objetiva apresentar o paradigma restaurativo como garantidor da doutrina de proteção integral da criança e do adolescente.This paper addresses the issue as Restorative Justice paradigm in application of Socio-Educational Measures in Adolescent Offender opposed to the current social search for greater penalty. It is a theme that addresses an old thread as the Restorative Justice is present from the early times, as well as punishment, but unlike the latter, with a concept in growing interpretive update. The increase in juvenile crime has caused society to divide the opinions about the best way to ensure the solution of the problem. This work is divided into three chapters, where the first deals with the teenager's fundamental rights through its historical evolution, the second deals with the offense and the application of educational measures, concluding the third chapter with analysis of the controversy of restorative justice forward the search for greater punishment.
