Para demonstrar a importância de um estudo de viabilidade e também deste trabalho, foram realizadas diversas pesquisas sobre a história e o momento do empreendedorismo, confeitaria e tudo que tem relação com o negócio em estudo. Este trabalho é caracterizado como um estudo de caso, através do qual é possível levantar informações e fazer uma avaliação sobre fatos e dados reais de uma empresa. Foram estudados históricos de vendas, precificação e gestão da empresa no seu momento atual, seu espaço de produção e os malefícios dela ser gerida por uma única pessoa. Após a coleta de informações, foram propostas mudanças como a localização do lugar em um novo espaço, que seja mais amplo e se mantenha próximo do lugar atual. Também foram sugeridos novos equipamentos que trarão mais eficiência para os processos e a contratação de mão-de-obra para fortalecer a produção, tornando o negócio mais lucrativo e mais estruturado. A partir do estudo realizado será possível estabelecer os custos que as mudanças e melhorias trarão para a empresa e o tempo que levará para realizá-las. Este trabalho traz muitos ganhos para o negócio pois a partir das transformações feitas será possível aumentar as vendas e a capacidade produtiva da confeitaria em torno de 1000%, com cerca de 400 pedidos a mais por mês e também atuando no setor de delivery. Por fim, este trabalho traz benefícios não só para o negócio em estudo, mas também para empreendedores que buscam conhecimentos para transformar sua realidade.This work discusses the importance of a well-executed financial feasibility study for building and stabilizing a business, especially for entrepreneurs starting from scratch. In order to demonstrate the importance of a feasibility study and also of this work, various studies were carried out on the history and times of entrepreneurship, confectionery and everything related to the business under study. This work is characterized as a case study, through which it is possible to gather information and make an assessment of a company's real facts and figures. We studied the company's sales history, pricing and management at the present time, its production space and the disadvantages of it being run by a single person. After gathering the information, changes were proposed, such as locating the business in a new space that is larger and remains close to the current location. New equipment was also suggested, which will make processes more efficient, and the hiring of a workforce to strengthen production, making the business more profitable and more structured. Based on the study carried out, it will be possible to establish the costs that the changes and improvements will bring to the company and the time it will take to carry them out. This work will bring many benefits to the business because the changes made will make it possible to increase sales and the production capacity of the bakery by around 1000%, with around 400 more orders per month and also working in the delivery sector.
