Sendo assim, a mulher vítima de violência doméstica e sexual deve ser acolhida pela equipe multiprofissional, visando a minimização dos agravos ocasionados pelas violências do agressor, havendo a orientação das medidas necessárias, identificando os riscos da saúde dessa paciente, traçando planejamentos para que se tenha a integridade de sua saúde física e mental. Para tanto essa pesquisa teve como busca os artigos no período de 2018 a 2022, de caráter qualitativo e exploratório, com os artigos selecionados na base de dados: SciElo (Scientific Eletronic Librany Online), Google acadêmico, LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde). Utilizando os descritores: “violência contra as mulheres”; “violência doméstica e sexual contra a mulher”: “delito contra a mulher”; “crimes contra a mulher”. Foram selecionados para a revisão 14 artigos. Após a leitura dos artigos foram selecionados foram elencados tais tópicos: Contexto histórico da violência contra a mulher; Lei Maria da Penha na Proteção à Mulher Contra Violência Doméstica e Sexual; Tipos de violência contra a mulher e os danos acarretados a saúde mental e física; Assistência da mulher em circunstâncias de violência conjugal sob a perspectiva do enfermeiro (a). Por fim, a produção desse estudo visou obter conhecimento e identificar como deve suceder a assistência de enfermagem em caso e violência doméstica e sexual contra a mulher, explorando as condutas mediante a percepção dos sinais e sintomas apresentados pela vítima, traçando intervenções e cuidados, garantindo o tratamento e reabilitação física e mental da mulher.Violence is defined as a purposeful action by an individual or a group, towards another person, causing physical, psychological and social harm, and can stand out in different degrees of intensity or ways, such as physical, psychological, sexual, domestic, patrimonial violence and morals. Therefore, the woman victim of domestic and sexual violence must be welcomed by the multidisciplinary team, aiming at minimizing the harm caused by the violence of the aggressor, with guidance on the necessary measures, identifying the health risks of this patient, outlining plans so that there is the integrity of your physical and mental health. For this purpose, this research sought articles from the period 2018 to 2022, of a qualitative and exploratory nature, with articles selected from the database: SciElo (Scientific Electronic Library Online), Academic Google, LILACS (Latin American Literature of the Caribbean in Health Sciences). After reading the selected articles, these topics were listed: Historical context of violence against women; The challenges and advances of Law 11.340/2006; Types of violence against women; Mental and physical harm as a result of violence; Assistance for women in circumstances of conjugal violence from the perspective of the nurse (a).
