Inside this research was used the exploratory character in documents related to the ANAC, DECEA, CENIPA and others. It was explored articles on the internet to this monografh writing and also books related to air traffic Brazilian, manuals of prevention for the defense command of aeronautic among others. The approach is a quantitative form of research as being a combination of diferente information studied and united to complement the subject and make it more complete. For concluding this research, it was analyzed the SIPAER system enviroment Brazilian aeronautics which helped in investigation and prevention of aeronautical accidents. This system has the main objective to report the real factors taxpayers that could have brought the accident or incidente to happen, aware of the aeronautic enviroment to have caution and to avoid that it new events happen. If can to note that in the last 10 years the tendency went reduction in number of air acidents and aeronautical incidents.Esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de apresentar o sistema SIPAER desenvolvido para investigação e prevenção de acidentes aeronáuticos, de modo a trazer uma maior segurança na conduta operacional do tráfego aéreo brasileiro. Dentro desta pesquisa foi utilizado o caráter exploratório em documentos relacionados a ANAC, DECEA, CENIPA e outros. Foi explorado artigos da internet para a formação desta monografia e também livros relacionados ao tráfego aéreo brasileiro, manuais de prevenção do ministério da defesa comando da aeronáutica entre outros. A abordagem é de forma quantitativa por ser uma combinação de diversas informações estudadas e unidas para complementar o assunto e assim deixa-lo mais completo. Para conclusão desta pesquisa, observamos a importância do sistema SIPAER no meio aeronáutico brasileiro o qual auxilia na investigação e prevenção de acidentes aeronáuticos. Este sistema tem por principal objetivo relatar os reais fatores contribuintes que levaram a um acidente ou incidente a acontecer, conscientizando o meio aeronáutico para ter cautela e evitar que aconteçam novos imprevistos.
