Partindo do conceito de território, territorialidade e territorialização demonstrará a necessidade de uma proteção penal para o território e seu povo, para entender a relação e necessidade de uma soberania alimentar equilibrada ao meio ambiente. Será acompanhado durante o presente, grandes e marcantes evoluções jurídicas que levará a um pensamento quanto a decolonialidade do Direito e novos padrões de desenvolvimento quanto aos territórios, territorialidade, soberania alimentar e meio ambiente, agora, em um todo. Destacando-se para uma boa compreensão o conceito geral de cada assunto com uma visão e posicionamento jurídico quanto a eles, para que se faça entendido a necessidade não somente de uma proteção penal sobre todos esses tocantes mas sim a sua prática.The present work will aim to understand the general and legal concept of food sovereignty, also exploring food security with a passage through human rights, verifying also, regarding the constitutional protection of food sovereignty and the economic and social policies of the constituent. Starting from the concept of territory, territoriality and territorialization, it will demonstrate the need for criminal protection for the territory and its people, to understand the relationship and need for a balanced food sovereignty to the environment. It will be accompanied during the present, great and remarkable legal evolutions that will lead to a thought about the decoloniality of Law and new patterns of development regarding territories, territoriality, food sovereignty and environment, now, in a whole.
