Based on these assumptions, the objective of this work was to understand and describe variables that impact on the professional satisfaction and performance of employees with the cash function in the Cresol Cooperative. To obtain this information, a questionnaire was searched, so that the answers were qualitative and quantitative, among all the employees with the cash function. It was verified that the organizational climate was one of the most cited aspects among the answers. The Cooperative has a good organizational climate in all its agencies, and its employees feel motivated and valued within it. The results of this study allowed to identify which variables influence the professional satisfaction and also to demonstrate the points that the organization needs to improve.A satisfação profissional e a motivação pessoal são peças fundamentais para um bom convívio de colaboradores dentro de qualquer organização. Baseado nessas premissas objetivou-se através do presente trabalho compreender e descrever variáveis que impactam na satisfação profissional e no desempenho dos colaboradores com a função de caixa na Cooperativa Cresol. Para obter essas informações foi realizada uma pesquisa através de um questionário, de forma que as respostas fossem qualitativas e quantitativas, entre todos os colaboradores com a função de caixa. Verificou-se que o clima organizacional foi um dos aspectos mais citados entre as respostas. A Cooperativa possui um bom clima organizacional em todas as suas agências, e seus colaboradores sentem-se motivados e valorizados dentro da mesma.
