This text enters through the diverse approaches that capoeira allows, it can be expressed in the form of a game, fight and dance, of great corporal expression, which also helps in the development. This research will present the conditions for exposing the legal, scientific and artisanal bases of capoeira teaching in a format of theoretical fomentations, as well as the importance of confronting violence through this practice consistent with well-being at school and in society in general. The studies of this research project are focused on the pedagogical possibilities of teaching capoeira at school, having as a specific object, the relationship between teaching capoeira at school and the basic curriculum of early childhood education and elementary education in the territory of Santa Catarina. It is intended to question whether there is, in fact, this coherence between the teaching of capoeira at school and the basic curriculum of early childhood education and basic education in the territory of Santa Catarina. Taking into account the “Basic Curriculum of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education in the Territory of Santa Catarina, capoeira is addressed in elementary education, in the thematic unit“ Lutas ”. In the initial years, 3rd to 5th year, it is in the thematic unit: struggles and the object of knowledge: mixed distance struggles. In the final years, 6th and 7th years, it is in the thematic unit: fights and in the object of knowledge: medium distance fights. Therefore, we can affirm that there is coherence between the teaching of capoeira at school and the basic curriculum of early childhood education and primary education in the territory of Santa Catarina, in addition to the possibility of using capoeira to build diversification of interdisciplinary study.A atual revisão bibliográfica parte a delinear o propósito das possibilidades pedagógicas do ensino da Capoeira na escola. O presente texto adentra através das diversas abordagens que a capoeira possibilita, ela pode ser expressada em forma de um jogo, luta e dança, de grande expressividade corporal, o que auxilia também no desenvolvimento. Nesta pesquisa serão apresentadas as condições para que, em formato de fomentações teóricas, se exponham as bases legais, cientificas e artesanais do ensino da capoeira, e ainda a importância de confrontar a violência por intermédio desta prática coerente com um bem-estar na escola e na sociedade em geral. Os estudos desse projeto de pesquisa estão concentrados nas possibilidades pedagógicas do ensino da capoeira na escola, tendo como objeto específico, a relação entre ensino da capoeira na escola e o currículo base da educação infantil e do ensino fundamental do território Catarinense. Pretende-se questionar se existe, de fato, essa coerência entre o ensino da capoeira na escola e o currículo base da educação infantil e do ensino fundamental do território Catarinense. Levando em consideração o “Currículo Base da Educação Infantil e do Ensino Fundamental do Território Catarinense, a capoeira é abordada no ensino fundamental, na unidade temática “Lutas”. Nos anos iniciais, 3º ao 5º ano, está na unidade temática: lutas e no objeto de conhecimento: lutas de distância mista. Já nos anos finais, 6º e 7º anos, está na unidade temática: lutas e no objeto de conhecimento: lutas de média distância.
