Até mesmo pode acontecer de certa patologia ser reparada sem os conhecimentos necessários, e a mesma voltar a reincidir no mesmo ponto algum tempo depois, por isso é de fundamental importância o conhecimento teórico e prático sobre o assunto. Seguindo o raciocínio dos parágrafos acima que se desenvolve este estudo de caso, sendo uma visita á um edifício residencial, foi observado e coletado uma série de informações referentes as patologias, as mais recorrentes foram as fissurações e as trincas, que somadas representam 51% da totalidade encontrada.People's homes are where they spend a good part of their lives, and in most Brazilian homes it can be said that there is some type of construction pathology, whether due to poor execution of the proposed work or even poor quality at the time of choice. of material, or lack of periodic preventive maintenance, these problems can drag on for years without knowledge to remedy the damage.
