Through this work it is possible to observe the importance that exists in the user to comply with the legislation that despite being recent is of paramount importance in order to avoid numerous risk situations for those who use the air space as well as on the ground. Therefore the study wants to emphasize the importance of knowing these rules before using the equipment (drone). For the elaboration of this, the study is characterized as scientific research of the bibliographic type. The instrument of data collection is based on publications of documents emphasizing information from the Aeronautics Command, National Civil Aviation Agency and Air Space Control Department, as well as other articles related to the operation and regulation of Remotely Aircraft in the scope of our country, Brazil. In the course of the research are presented the solutions created and applied for the implementation and regulation of the flight of a Remotely Piloted Aircraft. It is concluded that although the drones have a varied range of utilities, at the same time this can pose risks to manned aircraft as well as to people in ground when there is improper use, so once again emphasized the importance of legislation and that this is properly observed.Esta monografia foi elaborada com o objetivo geral de apresentar e analisar a regulamentação Brasileira em vigor para Aeronaves Remotamente Pilotadas (drones), a qual ainda é pouco conhecida pelo público, os próprios operadores e principalmente salientar a importância que há em ter uma legislação e que essa seja cumprida. Por meio deste trabalho é possível observar a importância que existe em o usuário cumprir com a legislação que apesar de ser recente é de suma importância a fim de evitar inúmeras situações de risco para quem se utiliza do espaço aéreo bem como em solo. Portanto o estudo quer salientar a importância de conhecer essas regras antes de utilizar o equipamento (drone). Para elaboração deste, o estudo se caracteriza como pesquisa cientifica do tipo bibliográfica. O instrumento de coleta de dados é embasado em publicações de documentos dando ênfase a informações do Comando da Aeronáutica, Agência Nacional da Aviação Civil e Departamento de Controle do Espaço Aéreo, bem como também outros artigos relacionados a operação e regulamentação sobre Aeronaves Remotamente Pilotadas no âmbito de nosso país, Brasil. No decorrer da pesquisa são apresentadas as soluções criadas e aplicadas para a implantação e regulamentação do voo de uma Aeronave Remotamente Pilotada.
