Foi realizado uma vistoria técnica no local onde foram feitos registros fotográficos dos problemas encontrados. Com conhecimento teórico e prático dos conceitos a respeito de manifestações patológicas foi possível analisar as possíveis causas geradoras das manifestações patológicas encontradas, para a partir disto, sugerir soluções para as mesmas. Esse estudo possibilitou o entendimento que esta região sofre de diversas manifestações patológicas, ocasionadas por falhas de projeto, falha de execução do projeto, falha de mão-de obra, além da falta e uma fiscalização por um profissional responsável, aliado a isso foi identificado que devido a geologia do terreno, as principais manifestações encontradas são oriundas de processos de umidade. Devido ao excesso de manifestações, foi possível observa a diminuição da vida útil da edificação, devido a esses processos.This paper studies the pathological manifestations found in three homes in the Morada do Vale neighborhood in Gravataí, Rio Grande do Sul. A technical inspection was carried out at the site and photographic records were taken of the problems found. With theoretical and practical knowledge of the concepts of pathological manifestations, it was possible to analyze the possible causes of the pathological manifestations found, and then suggest solutions for them. This study made it possible to understand that this region suffers from various pathological manifestations, caused by design faults, project execution faults, workmanship faults, as well as the lack of supervision by a responsible professional, allied to this it was identified that due to the geology of the terrain, the main manifestations found come from humidity processes.
