It seeks to identify the form of leadership of the corporate manager of Caixa's branches to efficiently drive its team to make it a motivated and winning team. The methodology used was pure, empirical and descriptive research. Together with the literary research, interviews were conducted with seven well-placed managers in the company's goal system. It has been shown that leaders inspire motivation, display trust, and maintain the organizational climate always with integrity. They lead by example, dominate their assignments, and direct the team toward meeting the goals. This research raises questions about the restructuring made by the company that is reducing the number of employees in the agencies making the work of the teams much more difficult.Este artigo aborda a forma como o bem-sucedido gestor pessoa jurídica da Caixa conduz sua equipe. Busca-se identificar a forma de liderança do gerente pessoa jurídica das agências da Caixa para condução eficiente de sua equipe no sentido de torná-la uma equipe motivada e vencedora. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa pura, empírica e descritiva. Juntamente à pesquisa literária realizaram-se entrevistas com sete gestores bem colocados no sistema de metas da empresa. Evidenciou-se que os líderes inspiram motivação, apresentam confiança e mantém o clima organizacional sempre com integridade. Eles lideram pelo exemplo, dominam suas atribuições e direcionam a equipe ao cumprimento dos objetivos.
