Pretende-se estabelecer uma conexão entre o avanço do teletrabalho e a pandemia, abordando esse último o fato propulsor para a implementação massiva do trabalho à distância, seguindo para o contexto de extrema conexão à internet e seus impactos na vida do trabalhador, implicando na falta de limites para a vida pessoal e profissional. Oportunamente, será elencada a dignidade humana como princípio norteador para o estabelecimento de condições básicas, que visem a manutenção da saúde e da vida privada, mesmo no trabalho à distância, bem como será trago à baila o direito à desconexão como uma vertente de garantia à dignidade humana nos ambientes laborais, encarado como medida efetiva de garantia, e não necessariamente como um novo direito. Pretende evidenciar a manutenção dos princípios e garantias fundamentais previstos na Constituição Federal, cuja observação deve ser primordial em todas as relações trabalhistas.The present work aims to explore the changes in labor law, especially triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic. It intends to establish a connection between the advancement of telecommuting and the pandemic, addressing the latter as the driving factor for the widespread implementation of remote work, moving on to the context of extreme internet connectivity and its impacts on the lives of workers, implying a lack of boundaries between personal and professional life. Additionally, human dignity will be listed as a guiding principle for establishing basic conditions aimed at maintaining health and privacy, even in remote work. The right to disconnect will also be brought up as a branch of guaranteeing human dignity in workplace environments, seen as an effective measure of assurance, not necessarily as a new right. The work intends to highlight the preservation of the principles and fundamental guarantees provided in the Federal Constitution, whose observance should be paramount in all labor relations.
