Um dos maiores avanços na proteção desses infantes é a Lei da Escuta Protegida, através da Escuta Especializada e do Depoimento Especial para humanização e não revitimização dos depoentes. A essência deste trabalho é distinguir essas duas vertentes e verificar como a rede de proteção atua, traçando diretrizes amparadas legalmente.The Rights of Children and Adolescents are governed by Law no. 8,069/17. As society advances, fully guaranteeing these rights becomes increasingly challenging. One of the biggest advances in the protection of these infants is the Protected Listening Law, through Specialized Listening and Special Testimony to humanize and not re-victimize deponents. The essence of this work is to distinguish these two aspects and verify how the protection network operates, outlining legally supported guidelines.
