Mattos, FábioPoffo, Nínive Degasperi2019-07-092020-11-272019-07-092020-11-272019https://repositorio.animaeducacao.com.br/handle/ANIMA/7573This research aimed to identify domestic violence in the County of Araranguá through the following specific objectives: a) Accomplish a historical rescue of the Brazilian legislation with regards to domestic and intra-family violence; b) Identify the victim's profile and perpetrators of domestic violence in the County of Araranguá, as well as possible factors related to its occurrence; c) Quantitatively and qualitatively identify the data on domestic violence judicialized in the County of Araranguá, through the extraction of data from the Justice Automation System – SAJ. The second chapter, titled Conceptual aspects on violence, presents brief concepts about violence and its classification. It presents the legislative developments on domestic violence, and the initial impact of judicialization of domestic violence through Law n. 9099/95. The third chapter, titled Violence in numbers: research and available data for the comprehension of local realities, presents the methodological path for the development of exploratory research through statistical data query from the First Degree Justice Automation System – SAJ, in the period between 2014 and 2018, identifying the procedural classes in the Maria da Penha Law. The research on the SciELO database using the keywords "domestic violence", "violence perpetrators profile" and "violence victims profile" focusing on conflicts within the marital relationships. The conclusion presents the synthesis of the research results, indicating the need for refinement of the information extracted from SAJ, since the system does not enable automated identification of the offenders and victims profiles.Esta pesquisa teve como objeto a identificar a violência doméstica na Comarca de Araranguá partir dos seguintes objetivos específicos: a) Realizar o resgate histórico da legislação brasileira no tocante a violência doméstica e intrafamiliar; b) Identificar o perfil de vítima e agressores de violência doméstica na Comarca de Araranguá, bem como os possíveis fatores relacionados a sua ocorrência; c) Identificar quantitativamente e qualitativamente os dados de violência doméstica judicializada na Comarca de Araranguá, através da extração de dados do Sistema de Automação da Justiça- SAJ. O segundo capítulo, intitulado Aspectos conceituais sobre violência, apresenta breves conceitos sobre a violência e sua classificação. Apresenta a evolução legislativa da violência doméstica, e a repercussão inicial da judicialização da violência doméstica através da Lei. 9.099/95. O terceiro capítulo, intitulado A violência doméstica em números: pesquisas e dados disponíveis para a compreensão da realidade local, apresentada o percurso metodológico para a elaboração da pesquisa exploratória mediante consulta de dados estatísticos do Sistema de Automação da Justiça de Primeiro Grau – SAJ, no período de 2014 a 2018, identificando as classes processuais na Lei Maria da Penha. A pesquisa na base de dados SciELO com o uso das palavras chave “violência doméstica”, “perfil agressores de violência” e “perfil vítimas de violência” com foco conflitos no âmbito de relacionamentos conjugais.
