Podemos citar como exemplo o envio e recebimento de mensagens eletrônicas, o uso diverso de aplicativos: banco, compras, músicas, filmes, entre outros. É tão nítido o fato da tecnologia ter alterado significativamente a vida humana, que não se discute atualmente se as mudanças virão, e sim como se adaptar a elas, agregando-se valores às máquinas, plataformas móveis, hardware, software e tudo aquilo que se deriva desses elementos e nos mais diversos setores. Como toda nova área a ser explorada, esses novos processos necessitam de parâmetros, principalmente os éticos, por se tratar de uma atividade que lida com informações, pessoas, formadores de opinião, grupos de interesse, sentimentos, destinos, entre outros e que merecem cuidado na sua forma de tratamento. Um pouco fundamental que não pode ser negligenciado é que toda máquina é alimentada por um ser humano, ou seja, a inteligência artificial faz o que um humano previamente determinou e por esse motivo os limites éticos precisam estar bem delimitados para que todos recebam os mesmos benefícios e que nãos sejam prejudicados por diferença de raça, cor ou religião.Artificial Intelligence is growing in importance every day and has often become indispensable in the lives of human beings when it comes to carrying out the simplest day-to-day procedures. Examples include sending and receiving electronic messages, using a variety of applications: banking, shopping, music, movies, among others. The fact that technology has significantly altered human life is so clear that we are not currently discussing whether changes will come, but rather how to adapt to them, adding value to machines, mobile platforms, hardware, software and everything that derives from these elements and in the most diverse sectors. Like any new area to be explored, these new processes need parameters, especially ethical ones, as this is an activity that deals with information, people, opinion formers, interest groups, feelings, destinies, among others, and deserves care in the way it is handled.
