Deste modo, o estudo traz a discussão de qual seria a cadeia de responsabilidade em casos de eventuais danos causados por uma inteligência artificial. Para discutir acerca do assunto, tem-se por base a legislação brasileira atual, em especial o projeto de lei em andamento no Senado Federal n° 2338 de 2023 e subsidiariamente o entendimento do direito comparado europeu.The reflection proposed by this research intends to analyze the legal impacts resulting from the emergence and use of artificial intelligence in the daily lives of human beings, with a main focus on understanding legal issues related to civil responsibility. Therefore, the study brings a discussion which would be the chain of responsibility in cases of possible damages caused by a artificial intelligence.
