It presents the fundamental concepts on the subject, as well as the panorama of the Courts of Justice of the country that they have disposed of, as well as the rules on the implementation of these techniques of conflict resolution in the extrajudicial services, as well as analyze from the prism of the historicity, on the notions of this theme before the resolution.O presente artigo discute a possibilidade de utilização das técnicas de mediação e conciliação nas serventias extrajudiciais, notadamente cartórios e tabelionatos, após a Resolução nº 67 do CNJ.
