However, this is still not sufficient to comply with its determinations, on the one hand there are employers as responsible for compliance and implementation of legislation, on the other operational workers, in the obligation to comply with the guidelines received. The following study intends through bibliographical reference of theoretical studies; to present clearly and objectively the main training required by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, citing content, hours, target audience and periodicity, provided for in the norm.A Segurança do Trabalho alcançou no decorrer de sua história, posição Legal mandatória, bem como evolução das suas diretrizes e abrangência de ação. No entanto isto ainda não é suficiente para o cumprimento de suas determinações, por um lado existem os empregadores como responsáveis pelo cumprimento e implantação da legislação, por outro os trabalhadores operacionais, na obrigação de cumprirem as orientações recebidas.
