The most recent Regulators Norms (NRs), the PCMAT of the construction site and worksheets made by the author were used for this research. From the results obtained in the estimate, the author draws a correlation between the cost to implement the program and the total cost of the construction, and the simulation of 3 scenarios where the work-related regulators would be able to notify the company, based on the NR 28. At the end, an analysis is made to show that it is necessary to follow the current regulations to minimize the risks associated with construction sites.Este trabalho tem como objetivo levantar os custos da implantação do PCMAT de uma obra residencial multifamiliar, localizada no município de São José, SC e comparar com os custos de multas resultantes da não implantação do programa. Foram utilizadas como fonte de pesquisa as Normas Regulamentadoras vigentes, o PCMAT do empreendimento, além de planilhas elaboradas pelo autor. A partir do levantamento, foi realizada a correlação entre custo de implantação do PCMAT e o custo total do empreendimento e a simulação de 3 situações passíveis de notificação em uma eventual fiscalização do trabalho, de acordo com a NR 28.
