Traz um breve levantamento histórico das mudanças do trabalho entre as épocas, mostrado a evolução no decorrer idade antiga, média, moderna, até dias atuais. A Uberização com os novos modelos de trabalho dentro das plataformas digitais tem apresentado um crescimento exponencial, acompanhando a evolução e velocidade das tecnologias atuais. A Uberização do trabalho, possibilita ao profissional ser o gestor do próprio tempo e traz flexibilidade na jornada de trabalho. Esse tipo de trabalho não possuí nenhum vínculo empregatício nem garante direitos legais, ele é considerado uma alternativa de renda, porém, vem aumentando a quantidade de profissionais que preferem esse tipo de trabalho informal como única fonte de renda. Por fim, o estudo aponta os desafios enfrentados pela sociedade brasileira nas relações trabalho.The present work aims to present the evolution of the labor market, supporting the adaptation of man in different stages of history, considering from the first inventions that favored his survival in the primitive age. It brings a brief historical survey of the changes in work between the ages, showing the evolution in the course of the ancient, middle and modern ages, up to the present day. Uberization with new work models within digital platforms has shown exponential growth, following the evolution and speed of current technologies. The Uberization of work allows the professional to be the manager of his own time and brings flexibility to the workday. This type of work does not have any employment relationship nor does it guarantee legal rights, it is considered an alternative income, however, the number of professionals who prefer this type of informal work as their only source of income has been increasing.
